1. What is your return/exchange policy? We offer a 3-day return or
exchange policy for all unworn, unwashed, and unused items with
original tags attached. Items must be returned in their original
packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our
support team at customercare@vindulaboutique.com or through our
contact page. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the
customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. How long does shipping take? Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
(depending on location) Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
(additional charges apply) International Shipping: Not available
3. How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will
receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor the delivery
status.
4. What payment methods do you accept? We accept secure payments via
UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Cash on Delivery
(COD) is not available. All payments are processed securely through
Razorpay.
5. Do you offer discounts or promo codes? Yes, we regularly offer
seasonal discounts, first-order offers, and special promotions.

within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the
issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund as
quickly as possible.
8. Can I cancel or modify my order? Orders can be cancelled or modified
within 2 hours of placement. After this period, changes may not be
possible as orders are processed quickly. Please contact us
