1. What is your return/exchange policy? We offer a 3-day return or exchange policy for all unworn, unwashed, and unused items with original tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at customercare@vindulaboutique.com or through our contact page. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor the delivery status.
4. What payment methods do you accept? We accept secure payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
